Joe Cook Joins Gallagher & Kosner Law

Gallagher & Kosner Law is excited to announce that Attorney Joe Cook has joined the firm's team. Joe is a seasoned trial attorney whose combination of prosecutorial, government, and military legal experience will greatly help the people that Gallagher & Kosner Law represent in personal injury cases.

Before entering private practice, Joe served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and as a Principal Attorney for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District. Joe has also served in the United States Air Force JAG Corps for the last 14 years. He currently holds the rank of Major, and he is presently assigned to the Wisconsin Air National Guard.

Joe’s transition to representing clients in personal injury cases is a natural evolution of his career and an opportunity to return to his roots of representing victims. Joe’s service in the community includes previously serving as the elected 41st Ward Democratic Committeeperson. He has also been involved in the legal community, including serving as the co-chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Veterans and Military Affairs committee, the Chair of the Loyola Academy Bar Association Steering Committee, and on the Catholic Lawyers Guild Board of Governors.
